1. Agreement to these terms
By using this site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete a purchase.
2. The recipe book and price
Ancient Remedies for Everyday Living is the recipe book shared by Martha. It is provided electronically as PDF/download files and is not physically shipped. It is offered as a fixed, one-time purchase for USD $12.99. It is not a subscription, membership, or recurring charge.
3. Checkout and delivery
Payment is collected through Stripe-hosted Checkout. After successful payment, the order is recorded and Resend sends an order email with a time-limited signed download link. The purchased PDF/download files are stored in Vercel Blob and are available only through that signed access route. This is electronic delivery, not a physical shipment. Keep the download link private.
4. Personal-use license
Subject to these terms, the seller grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to read and use your purchased copy. You may not reproduce, publicly distribute, resell, sublicense, or make the book available to others without written permission from the seller identified above.
5. Health information
The book contains general educational information about traditional household remedies. It is not medical advice. Read the full Health Disclaimer before relying on any information in the book.
6. Refunds and consumer rights
The refund policy is 30-day, no-questions-asked full refund.. This page does not waive consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. See the Refund Policy page for details and instructions for making a request.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the seller's liability arising from the purchase or use of the book is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
